Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: July 26, 2026 · These terms supplement the CRMown Terms of Service.

1. The program

The CRMown Affiliate Program pays commissions for referring new paying customers. Your unique referral link is available in your CRMown account under Settings. Participation is free with any CRMown account, including during a paid trial.

2. Commissions

Recurring plans: a percentage of each referred customer's subscription payments, at the rate of your current tier (15%–35%), for as long as the referral remains an active, paying customer.
Ownership purchases: a one-time commission of 10% of the purchase price ($500 Starter Own, $1,000 Pro Own, $2,000 Max Own).
Attribution: last affiliate link clicked within a 90-day window before signup.
Tiers: once you reach a tier, you keep it through the end of the following calendar year. Commissions are paid only on active, paying referrals.

3. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly via Stripe once your balance reaches $50. Commissions for a referral's payment become payable after the customer's refund window has passed. Self-referrals, referrals of existing customers, and payments later refunded or charged back do not earn commission.

4. Disclosure — required

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with CRMown wherever you share your link — per the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction. A plain sentence works: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link." Undisclosed promotion is grounds for removal from the program.

5. Promotion rules

No spam — email, SMS, DMs, or comment flooding.
No bidding on "CRMown" or misspellings in paid search, and no domains that impersonate CRMown.
No misleading claims about pricing, features, guarantees, or earnings. If CRMown's public materials don't say it, don't claim it.
No self-referrals, coupon-site arbitrage of private codes, or cookie stuffing.
Promotion on Reddit and community platforms must follow each platform's self-promotion rules, with disclosure.

6. Free-plan milestones

Referral milestones (3 / 9 / 25+ active referrals) make your own CRMown plan free for as long as the qualifying referrals remain active, paying customers. If active referrals fall below a milestone, the corresponding free plan ends at the next billing cycle.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or program rates with 30 days' notice; earned commissions are always paid at the rate in effect when they were earned. Either party may end participation at any time. On termination for cause (breach of these terms), unpaid commissions from the breaching activity are forfeited.
