CRMown is built by CRMOWN LLC — an independent, founder-led software company in Garland, Texas — on a simple conviction: running a business shouldn't require fifteen subscriptions, five logins, and an AI fee on every seat.

Why We Exist

Most small businesses didn't choose their software stack — they accumulated it. A CRM here, an email tool there, a scheduler, a form builder, an invoicing app, a chat widget, and a dozen connectors holding it all together. Each with its own login, its own bill, and its own island of data. The average SMB now pays for tools that don't talk to each other and rents access to its own customer information.

CRMown was built to collapse that stack. One platform, one bill, one shared data model — CRM, marketing, automation, finance, websites, communications, and scheduling, with AI built into every workflow rather than sold back as a per-seat add-on. And for businesses that want to go further, CRMown is one of the only platforms you can buy outright: a permanent license, self-hosted on your own server, with your data under your control.

The platform has been live in production since April 2026, serving businesses on the web and through native iOS and Android apps. CRMown is bootstrapped and independent — no outside investors setting the roadmap, no pressure to squeeze customers with per-seat fees or surprise price increases. One data model beats a dozen connectors

A contact, a deal, an invoice, and a conversation should live in the same place and stay in sync by definition — not through connectors that break at 2 a.m. Integration isn't a feature; it's what happens when you stop needing it.

AI belongs in the product, not behind a paywall

AI should be built into every workflow — drafting, scoring, routing, reporting — and included in the plan. Charging per-seat AI fees for what should be table stakes is the old industry's habit, not ours.

Ownership should be an option

Renting software forever is a choice, not a law of nature. Businesses that want to own their platform — the license, the server, the data — should be able to buy it once and be done. We're one of the only companies that offers that.
