What's included in the Starter plan?▼

Starter includes the full core platform: Dashboard, Contacts, Pipeline, Segments, Conversations, Calendar, Tasks, AI Actions, Analytics, the affiliate program, and Settings. AI is built in — not an add-on. Add-on suites are available on Pro and above.

How do I choose my suites on Pro?▼

After subscribing to Pro, go to Settings → Billing. Pick 4 suites to activate. Need more? Add additional suites at $50/mo each. When you need 5+ extras, Max at $397/mo becomes the better deal.

Do I really need zero training?▼

Yes. Describe what you want in plain English and AI handles it. Import contacts by dropping a CSV. Create automations by describing the trigger. Generate reports by asking a question. No certifications, no consulting calls, no onboarding fees.

What's the difference between SaaS and Own?▼

SaaS is month-to-month — we host everything. Own is a one-time purchase — deploy on your own server and never pay monthly again. Both include the same features and mobile app.

How does the affiliate program work?▼

Every customer gets a built-in affiliate link. Commissions scale: 15% (1-9 referrals), 20% (10-24), 25% (25-49), 30% (50-99), 35% (100+). At 3 referrals your Starter is free. 9 = free Pro. 25+ = free Max.

Is the mobile app really free?▼

Yes. iOS and Android included on every plan. Contacts, pipeline, inbox, calendar, tasks, push notifications, offline mode, and biometric lock. GPS Field Ops requires Calendar Pro suite.

Does CRMown qualify for Section 179?▼

Yes. Own purchases qualify as off-the-shelf software under Section 179 with 100% bonus depreciation. Write off the full purchase price in Year 1. SaaS subscriptions are deductible as ordinary business expenses. Consult your tax professional.
