Billing & Licensing

CRMown offers three SaaS plans and three Own (self-hosted) options:

• Starter — $80/mo — Full AI-powered core platform (Dashboard, Contacts, Pipeline, Segments, Messaging, Conversations, Calendar, Tasks, AI Agent, AI Actions, Analytics)
• Pro — $180/mo — Everything in Starter + 4 add-on suites included, $50/mo per additional suite
• Max — $397/mo — Everything in Pro + all 9 suites + access to vertical industry modules ($150/mo each)

Own (one-time purchase): Starter $5,000 / Pro $10,000 / Max $20,000. Pro Own add-on suites are $2,000 each.

Every plan — including Starter — includes the full AI-powered core platform. AI is not gated behind higher tiers. You get:

Pro includes 4 suites, $50/mo per additional. Max includes all 9.

Vertical modules are industry-specific premium add-ons available exclusively on the Max plan. They include specialized features for Real Estate, Healthcare, Legal, and other industries. Pricing is $150/mo per vertical or $5,000 one-time for Own customers.

CRMown is the only CRM platform that offers a perpetual license option. Pay once, host it yourself, and own it forever. No monthly fees. No vendor lock-in. Your data stays on your server.

Own pricing: Starter $5,000 / Pro $10,000 / Max $20,000. Pro Own customers can add suites for $2,000 each (one-time).

After purchase, you receive a Docker image containing the full CRMown stack: Next.js frontend, Fastify API, PostgreSQL, Redis, Nginx, and BullMQ workers. Deploy on any server — DigitalOcean, AWS, your own hardware. SSL auto-configures via Let's Encrypt. A setup wizard walks you through initial configuration.

Own customers receive updates for one year after purchase. After that, your version continues to work indefinitely — you just won't get new features unless you renew. Critical security patches are always provided.

SaaS subscriptions accept credit and debit cards via Stripe. Own purchases also accept ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — CRMown never stores your card details.

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can export all data before cancellation. We don't delete your data immediately — it's retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.

CRMown is month-to-month with no contracts — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Our expectation is that you try the platform on a monthly plan before committing to an Own purchase. When you're ready to buy, your first 3 months of SaaS payments are credited toward the ownership price. Because of this try-before-you-buy model, we don't offer traditional refunds — you're never locked in.

Active CRMown customers can earn recurring commissions by referring new users:

• 1-9 referrals: 15% recurring commission
• 10-24 referrals: 20%
• 25-49 referrals: 25%
• 50-99 referrals: 30%
• 100+ referrals: 35%

Earn free plans too: 3 referrals = free Starter, 9 = free Pro, 25+ = free Max. Own referrals earn 10% one-time ($500 / $1,000 / $2,000).

Customers who sign up before March 2027 lock in their current pricing permanently. If prices increase later, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription remains active.
