What exactly happens when an agent leaves a brokerage?

Nothing happens to their data. The agent's workspace — contacts, deals, conversations, documents — is theirs and stays intact. Billing switches from the $100/mo sponsored rate to the $497/mo independent rate (Max + vertical), and the brokerage's slot frees up. Zero exports, zero migration, zero data loss.
What can the brokerage see in an agent's workspace?

Only what the agent allows: aggregate reports (counts and totals, never raw contact rows) or nothing at all. There is deliberately no "share everything" mode — the brokerage never gets row-level access to an agent's contacts.
Why is NAR verification required?

Activation requires a valid NAR member ID added in Settings. It keeps the vertical focused on working Realtors and their teams. Format is validated when you save; your account shows a Verified badge once it's in.
Does it work on mobile?
