Sub-Processors

CRMown uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide our platform and services. This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement. We will update this page when sub-processors are added or changed.
Self-Hosted ("Own") Customers: These sub-processors apply only to the CRMown managed SaaS platform. Self-hosted customers select and manage their own infrastructure providers directly. CRMown has no involvement in data processing on self-hosted instances.

Note: Communication carriers are engaged by the customer, not CRMown. CRMown facilitates the integration but the customer maintains a direct relationship with their chosen carrier. Additional carriers may be supported via custom SIP configuration.

Changes to Sub-Processors
CRMown will notify customers of any intended addition or replacement of sub-processors by updating this page. Customers subscribed to our platform may object to a new sub-processor by contacting legal@crmown.com within 30 days of the update. We will work with you in good faith to address any concerns.
