LAS VEGAS — August 4, 2026 — CRMown, an AI-native all-in-one business platform for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced the public launch of its platform at Ai4 2026 (August 4–6, The Venetian, Las Vegas), where the company is exhibiting at booth K417. CRMown is now generally available across web, iOS, and Android.
Most small businesses run on a patchwork of disconnected software — a separate CRM, email-marketing tool, scheduler, invoicing system, website builder, and support inbox — each with its own login, its own bill, and its own island of data. CRMown replaces that stack with a single platform built on one shared data model, so a contact, a deal, an invoice, and a support conversation all live in the same place and stay in sync automatically. There are no connectors to configure, maintain, or break.
The platform spans core CRM plus nine product suites — Automation, Marketing, Web Studio, Finance, Enterprise, Education, Client Hub, Comm Pro, and Calendar Pro — covering sales, marketing, finance, websites and forms, communications, scheduling, client portals, and courses. In total, CRMown is designed to replace more than 35 separate tools that SMBs typically pay for individually.
AI built in, not bolted on
AI is built into every part of the product rather than sold as an add-on. CRMown ships with 83 AI features spanning messaging and inbox triage, pipeline and deal intelligence, contact enrichment and scoring, marketing content, video and media, analytics, forms, finance, client portals, lead generation, voice, and workflow automation. None of them carry a per-seat AI surcharge; AI token allowances are included with every plan.
Customers who prefer to run on their own models can bring their own key across 15 supported LLM providers, in which case AI usage is unmetered by CRMown. Storage can likewise be pointed at any of 9 supported providers. AI-generated text and voice content is supported in 10 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, and Tagalog.
Two ways to buy
CRMown is available as a subscription starting at $80 per month, with Pro at $180 per month and Max at $397 per month. The company also offers an ownership model — a one-time license, starting at $5,000, under which a business runs its own instance of the platform on its own infrastructure rather than renting access indefinitely.
Businesses can evaluate the platform before buying either way. A free 48-hour demo workspace opens instantly with sample contacts, pipelines, and reports pre-loaded, and requires no credit card. A $14 one-time trial runs 14 days in a real workspace rather than a sandbox — customers import their own contacts, connect email and calendar, and keep everything if they upgrade. Neither converts to a subscription automatically.
“Small businesses didn't choose to run on twelve subscriptions — they accumulated them, one problem at a time, and now they're paying for the seams. We built the whole thing on one data model so there are no seams to pay for. And we're not charging anyone extra to use AI that should have been in the product to begin with.”
CRMown has been running in production since April 2026 and is built and operated by an independent, bootstrapped company.
